CONCEPT

The configuration and proportions of the DOLCE VITTA house are often implied by the location itself. Such is the case for this residence. The land plot of irregular trapezoidal shape is situated at a complex, in a picturesque resort area in the suburbs of Cape Town.

The attachment house (back area) has one suit. It is a big open space, and the functional zones smoothly flow one into another. This deeply integrates the interior and the exterior around the house.

Open, half-open and closed glazing around the perimeter of the house allow the owners and guests to have a good time at all seasons. White color dominates in the outer finish and interiors of the house, so the rooms are flooded with natural light even on gloomy overcast days.
